Service description

CubeYo provides free, browser-based HTML5 mini games for casual entertainment. Games run in isolated iframes within your browser. No account is required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our servers
  • Reverse-engineer games to bypass safety or licensing restrictions
  • Upload malware or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Misrepresent affiliation with CubeYo

Intellectual property

  • Site design, branding, and original game assets on CubeYo are owned by us or our licensors.
  • Game mechanics may resemble classic games; we do not claim ownership of abstract game rules.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse site content without permission.

Games and disclaimers

  • Games are provided "as is" for entertainment.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, scores, or saved progress.
  • A single game crash should not affect the rest of the site, but we are not liable for device or data issues caused by browser plugins or third-party scripts.

Advertising

When ad slots are enabled, third-party ads may appear. We are not responsible for ad content; report problematic ads to us and the ad network.

No gambling

CubeYo games do not offer real-money gambling, prizes, or cash payouts.

Limitation of liability
